Privacy policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what Empire NY Homes collects when you use this site or send us your property details, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you send the form on this site, we collect what you enter: the property address, your name, and your phone number, plus anything else you choose to give us — your email, how soon you want to sell, whether the house is vacant or occupied, why you're selling, whether it's listed with an agent, an asking price, and any notes.

We also record the date and time you sent the form, your IP address, and whether you checked the consent box, as a record of your choice about calls and texts.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your property and to evaluate it.

Calls and texts

Checking the consent box on the form is optional. If you check it, you agree to this:

By checking this box you agree to receive live calls and text messages from Empire NY Homes at the number provided, including automated text messages, about your property. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Our calls are always made by a live person. We don't use prerecorded, artificial-voice, or ringless-voicemail calls.

Reply STOP to any text to stop our calls and texts. You can also tell us to stop by emailing admin@empirenyhomes.com or calling (516) 715-9020.

We don't share your mobile number or your consent to texts with anyone else for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the people needed to close a sale, such as the title company and attorneys; with companies that provide services to us, such as our website host, our customer database, and our phone and texting providers; and when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the kind of device and browser you use. Google's use of that information is covered by its own policies: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The home page shows an embedded YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set cookies if you play it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Other than Google Analytics and the YouTube video described above, we don't let other companies collect information about your activity across other websites over time when you use this site.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your information, email admin@empirenyhomes.com. We'll delete it unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute. We'll keep your phone number and email on our do-not-contact list so we don't contact you again.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
